First Aid
This course will cover the proper techniques & products used in treating various types of bodily injury and conditions. Class will include: Instructor guided practice, using mock first aid procedures and actual products found in various first aid kits and trauma bags.
CPR
Adult/ Child C.P.R. Training: Participants will learn about the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (C.P.R.) technique. Class will include: guided hands-on learning with manakins, and a follow along video program. Upon completion, all students will have a firm understanding of how to administer CPR, and receive a 2 year certification card.
Bloodborne Pathogens
Participants in this class will learn about bloodborne pathogens and how disease is transmitted in the workplace. Participants will learn the proper safety procedures and preventative measures that must be taken to ensure personal safety and a safe working environment.
AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
AED Participants will learn about an AED and how they function. Instructor will use an actual AED to familiarize students with all aspects of this life saving device.
